Well, only the drive through was open at 9 pm, so I could not go in to pick up food and use the bathroom. Bad start. Ordered on app, so I was hoping to get quick service, nope. Waited 5+ minutes just to tell them I ordered on the app. Waited 10 mins to get my order, two double cheese burgers, and it was COLD! How could it be cold if I am the only order they are working on? Went here yesterday for a coffee and a sandwich and as I was waiting for my food I noticed an employee filling the hot coffee pot with cold ice coffee to re-heat ….as a former crew member if McDonald’s does things the same way, i believe they’re iced coffee is brewed in the morning. Saturday your older lady taking orders was really rude, almost to where I was going to take my order elsewhere. I asked if there are different McFlurry sizes and she but my head off saying idk it’s a McFlurry idk McFlurry size. If you cant handle it lady just say that? I’m sure you can find something better. And today, I go to get 2 McFlurry and they were both half full, looks like someone was eating it already to begin with. For more than 5 bucks you should fill the cup and not leave it more than half empty. We had to say excuse me? Please fix that and stop rushing things trying to get stuff done fast because it’s dinner time rush. IF YOU CANT HANDLE YOUR JOB JUST SAY THAT. We get 2 quarter pounders buy one get one for a dollar, and there’s a hair in the middle of one of them, I swear to God! Never going back here!!! We’ll settle for Wendy’s next time! I was there for about an hour from when I got in line to when I got my food. One pic is the advertised burger that I ordered, the other 3 pictures show how my burger was given to me after all that time (I drove home and found out 10 minutes later that this was the case). No discount, coupon, or anything but “sorry for the wait” was offered.
