Wow. It tastes great. I thought was going to be so expensive. But I got two drinks and it’s a meal replacement for 16 dollars with extra additives. I have spent 20 bucks for just one at other places. And these people really know everything. And it tastes like chocolate. Real desert. Oddly. But only 250 calories. Great people as well. There not busy but I would and will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Awesome and well worth it. And it boosts your immune system.

The shakes taste decent and claiming there’s only 10 grams of “net” carbs in each shake is a false claim (posted on their website). Based on their product they sell you and the recipes they give to make at home it’s more like 25-30 total carbs which is pushing into being as good for you as a can of coke. If you want be healthy and lose weight take a hard pass and eat a real nutritious meal.
