As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I wish I could give this no Stars!!!! Worst Restaurant I’ve ever been to. Staff was Rude. They messed up my order. They had me pull around to the other window. Which if you follow the Drive through signs the window will be on my passenger side ♂️. I seen one of the employees outside and ask you sure I need to go this way, she said ” yes some will bring your food out on that side we making your food freash”. I Pull up employees are looking at my laughing, she come to the Drive through window and tried to hand me my food . I told her how do I suppose to reach that? The other employees standing behind her looking smiling. She then throws my food in my truck! Wow FYI I order $41 worth of food they suffered it all in one bag. And my order was wrong and cold .

Along with the Mother Crunchers, I ordered a LG Fry and a Chocolate shake. I should have watched how they made the shake, barely any chocolate in a cup of vanilla shake. The fries were limp and the wait was long. The employee was very friendly, thankfully. Must have been an off day, the fries are usually very good.

Ate here recently after a volleyball game before we headed home! Had two guys working the whole place by themselves and was super impressed that they got our whole family order correct and served to us within a prompt timeframe! Food was good for fast food! Horrible ! Ordered 5 meals and just ended up throwing it away rather than deal w the people up there . All my fries were old and dry to the point the weren’t potatoes , burgers were sloppy and tasted old , my fish sandwich was hard as a brick with holes in it … This was my first time ever at a checkers , won’t be my last but it is for this one

I received some coupons in the mail a couple of months ago, that’s what made me really start trying things on their menu. I’ve been pleased with everything I’ve tried. The workers are so pretty pleasant. I recommend the spicy chicken sandwich, Caribbean colada, and the funnel cakes fries.
