This place does not have subs so fast youll freak. Prepare to wait 30 or 40 minutes for a delivery. We live one mile from there store and thisll be the last of my business. All the food places in east peoria suck after 6 o’clock pm

I frequent this location and always order the same menu item and it’s usually great. Today I watched the employee make the food wrong from the drive thru and politely corrected the mistake only to watch them just pulll the sandwich apart and start picking pieces off. To which point I just left even though it already paid for the food, if someone requests an item to not be on their meal it could be because they have an allergy to it or another medical irritation. Unacceptable a level of customer appreciation.

We ordered a huge order for our speech team competing at the Peoria Civic Center. They kept the store open late for us to pick up the sandwiches on a Saturday night! They had all the sandwiches labeled and ready to go! Great service!

Amazing as always, fresh, fast, and delicious. I always seem to forget when you order a number off the menu that it doesn’t come as a meal with chips and a drink, you have to order that separate, otherwise I love this place. By far worth the visit, especially if you’ve never had Jimmy John’s, the bread is great and not over portioned bread with light filler like other famous sub shops. Staff is always friendly and professional, store is always clean and ” free smells” alone makes me wanna stop in.

Slow and unprofessional. I ordered a simple turkey slim, and my order took 45+ minutes to arrive. I only work down the street. On top of that, the driver had a passenger and they sat in their car for several minutes before bringing me my food. Ordered four sandwiches. The blonde cashier lady was very nice and took my order without issue. The lady with orange hair making the sandwiches seemed to be in a bad mods, slamming the sandwiches down in the counter, but with this pandemic, maybe it was just a bad day. The male running the drive through window came over and made sure I was aware that mayo packets were free.
