I use to love Dunks more than anything, but most of them, sadly like this one, are going down hill. Ordered two bacons egg and cheese, side of hash browns, some munchkins and hot chocolate for me and my little. Why is it I only got one sandwich that was cold yet greasy, and hash browns that were to greasy to even wanna try honestly. Luckily my little one had munchkins left but still this is so disappointing

Being a Bostonian.. Dunks is my life.. I m now a Cold brew with cold foam .. but I started with Hot chocolate or tea with milk and sugar.. My favorite was always powder donuts but now I’m older I live there food from there little hash browns to there sandwiches the way they grew So did I.. Dunkin’ Donuts is always the Best.

Unfortunatly will stop coming here and will go to another location close by. It’s been a few times now where I go to grab donuts and these are clearly from the previous day (or days)! They are hard as a rock and so are the croissants. Haven’t tried other pastries as I always order the same thing. Understand covid has been hard for businesses but damn if you are resorting to selling old food.

I stopped by their drive through service this morning, Feb 08th/2021. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich, and the lady gave me two options of breakfast sandwich. I am not the best at English as it is not my mother tongue, so it seems like I said yes to the two options she gave me. She sounded kinda stressed cause of this, and she told me I was saying yes to the two options. So I told her to just give me the first option (as we were not understanding each other).
