I travel for work and like to challenge the locals reviews. First off food is delicious I ordered Mongolian beef w fried rice and spring rolls. I didn’t receive any attitude she looks like she means business. Not the friendliest but definitely not as bad as these reviews make it seem. If you’re from NY/NJ or any others northern state you’ll be fine.

Very rude staff! We come here regularly since they’re close and yet every single time the lady at the front is just nasty for no reason, to the point where I get anxiety coming here to pick up food! Nice way to treat the people who pay your bills. You’ve lost a regular customer.

This was a pick up order I paid a hi price for 18.00 plus tax dollars on 5-22-23. The food was awful Shrimp egg foo young! Gravy was a watered down brown light tinted liquid. I have ordered from here before good but, this time absolutely not. Got 3 patties and received 4 shrimp for all 3 patties. I , also order the Wontons with crabmeat and sour cream. Which was under fried (not fully cooked). A refund I am owed , I really did not get any good food to eat( just a thrown together made up food for a quick hi price sale).

I’ve never been yelled at by the owners of a restaurant before. This was new for me. I ordered 2 meals, the first she acted like it was the end of the world, the second was a noodle dish. She asked me if I knew what it was, I said yes obviously it’s a noodle dish. She starts screaming at me that it’s not noodles. I pointed to the description on her menu and said yes it is noodles…? Its also very dingy looking. I wont be back. Also I found metal shavings in my food. So theres that.

Food is always good. I read the review of the woman on the phone being rude. Two people running the restaurant. When it gets super busy, you go into extra busy mode, trying to stay on the path of good customer service. I’ve eaten or take out there for over 20 years. And that’s the way it is. Just letting busy stress go. If you don’t get it, call or ask your shrink. Hopefully you understand.

Absolute best Sweet & Sour chicken I’ve ever had. I’ve lived all over the country and nothing comes close. Can’t miss a stop at Top’s if I’m in Ashland. Great price and huge portion sizes. I’ve always had a positive experience with the owners and workers. Take out is the way to go, I’ve been enjoying this place for years. (I am aware of the experience some have with the staff and I’ll admit my husband is afraid to go in ) just be direct and know what you want, you’ll be fine.
