I’m officially done ordering from this location. I love the food but the service at this location is trash. The past 3 times I’ve ordered from here there was an issue with my order. It doesn’t matter if I carry out or get my food delivered there’s always an issue. The food is either burnt or undercooked. Management getting irritated with employees for not knowing how to work a system they weren’t taught how to work. Today I spent $40 on delivery for my pizza to be smashed in and my brownies looked like someone stuck their thumb in them.

I ordered an XL bbq chicken that was very dry, cold when it arrived, no bbq sauce on the pizza. This is about the 5th time we’ve had a bad experience. Think it’s time to give it up and let this be our last order from here.

I have been ordering from this location for over a year now. And sadly this place has gone down badly compared to when I first started ordering from here. I’m not sure if it’s up under new management or what, but when I first started ordering, my food was made correctly and delivered or ready for pickup on time. Also the workers would be very helpful and concerned if they messed up an order. None of that is the same now.

Very upset! Picked up my online order. Got back to the residence inn which is 10 steps away. Realized did not have the icing for cinnamon bread. Called while eating pizza. Was on hold listening to the adds. Walked back while still on hold. Try to go in the DOOR IS LOCKED! NO ONE INSIDE…..they close at 12am!! It was 330pm!! Service was not good to begin with then this. Wonder if the owner knows he is closed

The young lady who was managing, was as working the store pretty much solo (at least the ovens) had my food out in 10 minutes anyway, and was very pleasant and professional. Give that woman a raise. This was today around 7:30. Hats off to her.

Very disappointed with the delivery service. I am staying at the Residence Inn which is the same building as Domino’s. Incredibly it took me more than an hour to get my pizza delivered yesterday! I am not sure who made this supremely customer unfriendly route planning. It would have taken me 5 mins probably to get a carry out which I should have done in the hindsight. Food was good and the driver was courteous but horrible route planning.

I ordered online to be delivered to my hotel room down the street. After 20 minutes, the tracker app said it was out of the oven and in a “quality check”. 30 minutes later it was still on quality check. I called and was hung up on before even being greeted. A few minutes later, I got a text that it was on its way but the tracker didn’t update. 10 minutes later, no tracker or delivery. I called back and waited for 10 minutes before an actual worker came on the line. They we’re not nice at all and said it was out for delivery and nothing they could do. Since it had been over and hour I said I wanted to cancel and they said it wasn’t possible because it was out for delivery. I asked them to call the driver and tell them it’s canceled because cold pizza is a health hazard. They hung up on me! 10 minutes later I got notification from the app that it was canceled. Hopefully I get a refund. The entire process took over 1 1/4 hours. I will not be ordering from them again!
