The food and drinks normally taste great! However, I’ve ordered donuts many times and somehow I keep getting donuts with someone else’s hair in them. This is frustrating. Other than that the customer service is good but the line is pretty slow.

This only has a drive thru and walk up window, however I have never had a fresher donut from a dunkin donuts in my life. If you love donuts and you are in mount vernon or driving thru, stop here. You will not be disappointed. Bravo, I come to town 2 or 3 times a year to visit my mom. I buy donuts from here everytime i visit. If im visiting for 3 days, i buy donuts all 3 mornings. This place is tremendous. Please visit and enjoy the donuts.

Getting a Dunkin’ in town has literally made my husband and I so happy. We have gotten consistently excellent coffee, food, and donuts(pillow soft) from here since they opened. There was one time where they were really busy and forgot an order of hash browns and tomatoes on one of our bagels. Accidents happen. They actually went ahead and replaced the entire order, while we kept the food we already got. So nice about it. Everyone is always very friendly too. We love Dunkin’ and think they are doing a great job.!

I am a boosted Member who comes to the Mt. Vernon at least 4 days a week. I order an Iced Americano with an extra shot of espresso every single time. I have became very well acquainted with The star employee named Mary. She is so bubbly and well spoken as well as phenomenal at crafting an amazing drink. I genuinely look forward to visiting and seeing her friendly face. She is amazing at what she does for this establishment. I am also extremely pleased with the sweet teenager who always has cute nails with reddish hair. These are the only 2 employees who i feel can actually make a good drink. I have only had good experiences with these 2 ladies. Mary would be an amazing manager especially with her being so great with customer service, QUALITY, and her amazing personality. I give this establishment 5 stars based off of these 2 ladies. I look forward to visiting and as always a highlight of my day!

This Dunkin needs 10 stars!!! Where I live, the dunkin Donuts have such bad reputations and are some of the worst breakfast places but this one is absolutely worth stopping at. They had 2 drive through lines so our wait wasn’t so bad even though the line was to the main road when we got there. The lady doing the orders was the most friendly person and helped with our crazy order. At the window the lady made sure we had every little thing we ordered and we weren’t missing a single thing! Best Dunkin experience. I hope they are always like that.
