Located inside the Oakland Mall (not in the food court), this restaurant feels a bit run down. Only got a kids meal for my daughter – she seemed to enjoy it. Service was slow as it took 10+ minutes for the food to come out.

I work here. And I decided to quit. Sam did not pay me my wages. The restaurant is so nasty in back of the house. I was cooking fish and unfortunately one fell on the ground. He looks at me and says it’s okay Sean. Pick up and put it in the flyer and still serve it after it was probably on a floor that has not been mopped in weeks. He wastes no food. Fry’s would sit there for 30 40 mins and was told to serve them by re heating them. Mmmm nasty oily fries. The fry oil does not get clean like it should and half the time fish and chicken oil has fries and other fried foods that should not be in the oil. I repeat don’t work here he won’t pay you. Don’t eat here it’s below food safety standards.

The Fiancé and I have been to a couple of A&W establishments. But, I will tell you thos right now this is BY FAR the best one we have visited. Everything was freshly made to order, the vegetables on our burgers were cold, crispy and feesh. 100% will be visiting again in the near future!
