No idea what happened to my review. Had pics and everything. Anyway, ordered here about a year ago. And they messed up the pizza twice! You know it’s bad when you manage to make PIZZA barely edible. We all know what the issue is here, let’s be real. Will never go back to Papa John’s again. Pizza hut is down the street.

Never and by never I mean NEVER order from this location. Gave them a chance two weeks ago. Asked to pick up several times…. was told they were waiting on a driver, then it’ll be there shortly…. hour and a half later received my order not even hot. Figured okay it could have been an off day let’s order through door dash this time. The poor driver has been there for about an hour now. They are ridiculous. Not courteous, could care less, actually hung up on my gf when she called to ask the status of our order. Horrible in every single aspect. This location is a joke and should be shut down. I don’t even normally write negative reviews but this is above and beyond horrible….. do yourself a favor and pick one of the fifty other pizza places within throwing distance!!!!!!!!!

Papa Johns is making it difficult for me to support them when people constantly say that they are bottom tier pizza. I ordered a cheese pizza and I basically got cheese bread, no sauce bombarded with processed cheese flavor. On top of that the slices were probably cut with a spoon in the most irregular proportions. I’m not asking for anything crazy at least I don’t think but a simple well executed cheese pizza. I rarely do negative reviews but I feel like this review is for the betterment of society. Training, practice , repetition whatever it takes to get the staff making a respectable pie. This also goes for Papa Johns in Lansdowne!

Below average is what this is I get food from here all time it never looks like this and when I called WAYNE had a whole attitude with me and told me that it was not burnt and I told him I had pictures this is unacceptable for a restaurant please find some other place to go I will be calling Wayne’s boss tomorrow the delivery driver was not friendly at all and very late on top of food being burnt it was cold

This store can’t get it together. Some pizzas come out good. Other times they don’t pay attention to order specifics. Today, they wouldn’t honor their quality guarantee from our last order. Buyer beware, order at your own risk.

I order the stuff crust pizza. They told me 20 minutes when I got there I only waited 5 minutes and out the door I went. The pizza was very very good and hot. They were friendly and greeted you when you walk in. There Bacon lovers stuff crust pizza is so good. I recommend anyone to try it you won’t be disappointed. Another happy customer.

It’s been 2 hours since I ordered my food. I had to call 4 times to get phone picked up, only to hear “yea your driver just went out, can I help you with anything else?” “Yeah dude your food left, anything else?” In the most condescending way… no apologizes, very dismissive, it’s been 2 hours? I’ll never be ordering from here again, if my food even shows up.
