Daniel’s Food Truck is always top notch, but he also does catering! Daniel catered for about 110 people for our wedding earlier this month. He met with us a couple of times to decide on the menu. We decided on steak fajitas, roasted chicken, roasted veggies, Peruvian beans, Mexican rice, a salad and some dinner rolls. Daniel even helped us come up with the appetizers menu which included a fruit platter, cheeses and cold meats. We could not have asked for better quality food and the presentation was AMAZING! Daniel is so professional, detail-oriented, helpful, and an overall great human being. As a couple getting married on a budget, Daniel was also the BEST in terms of pricing without having to give up any of the quality. Our family and friends enjoyed the food as did we! I moved to redwood city and have been actively looking for the best burrito in my area. Over 20 places checked out and I can say this is #1 for me. Wish they were open beyond 11am-3pm but i guess that’s what you can do when your food tastes this good! They give you free grilled veggies with whatever you order and two homemade sauces. I go here twice a week, trust me you won’t go anywhere else once you try this place.

Got 3 tacos; carnitas, chicken, and pastor. Carnitas was the juiciest, but they were all dry…if that makes sense. Flavors were OK. Not POW!!! to your face, which if you grew up in a household that had more than 4 spices is what the main goal should be.

This is the best food truck in a town with a lot of them. Not only is the food awesome, Daniel is a super nice guy who remembers his regulars and will give out some extra goodies from time to time. Love the onion and peppers that come with every orders.

You will not find more authentic Jalisco style Tacos de Barbacoa. I lived for 12 years in Mexico and have tried a good number of Mexican restaurants and none of them can do Barbacoa right.
