The food here has downgraded, the service is nice the employees are super nice but man they need to stop giving out stale tortilla chips. They probably make them and have them there for days they are super hard. Definitely not made the day of. And the pollo bowls they barely have any chicken on it. They fill it up to the top with just beans and rice. Disappointed.

This Pollo Loco has the best service and food. Love your Nachos. Just started coming here a couple of months ago. I like to change to a different item in the menu each time I visit. Today was your Nachos and last Monday it was your Birria Tacos which I think are new on your menu. Manager suggests me the item for the day, and so far I have followed her suggestions and have not been disappointed. Next week, I will try either your Birria Burrito or Quesadilla. Anyway, I go during lunch; I know it’s busy during this time, but it’s a great experience, so I don’t mind waiting a bit longer to get my food. I’ve been here a couple of times also after work and service is much faster of course, and place is always clean. See ya guys next week!

The 2 stars is due to the size of the chicken. I ordered a 4 PC combo and the 4 pieces of chicken were so small they could be just 2. I also ordered an original pollo bowl, and eventhough it was very flavorful, the chicken that they put in the bowl were only shavings of chicken.
