Papa Johns is my favorite place to order pizza when I don’t feel like making it at home. We always order the Family Special. It comes with 1 large specialty pizza and 1 large 1 topping pizza which is perfect for our family. The adults get the Works pizza with everything on it and the kids get a pepperoni pizza because all that stuff on ours is yucky, lol. We throw in an order of cheesesticks and we have a happy family fun night, watching movies and eating pizza.

I ordered a 14 inch pizza and a Dr pepper.a frozen pizza would’ve been better than this. The only decent item was the Dr pepper. The pizza tastes like cardboard. I was highly dissapointed after this experience.

Atmosphere was clean where I stood , however I wasnt happy when I ordered online as I couldn’t get my order because of a glitch on their end and didnt get my order I called but got customer service which was no help period. After using Papa John’s for 37 years I was not happy with any of their excuses of why they couldn’t resolve the issue. To bad because they out pizza the hut but failed in customer service!

Picked up a doordash order & upon walking inside the woman at the counter immediately called me a thief, accusing me of having stolen a customer’s order from the day before – although I had not been there for well over a month and tried to provide the proof that it wasn’t me. I told her she had me confused for someone else, but she doubled down, calling me a liar and a thief again. She even threatened to block my doordash account from the store. Absolutely HORRIFIC customer service. I will not be taking orders from Papa John’s any longer. I feel sorry for any customers that have to deal with this lady. If you’re going to be that bold, at least be right.

We ordered one medium Italian beef with mushrooms pizza, one medium sausage and pepperoni pizza, and two Papadias.We had to ask for prices because there weren’t any on the counter menu or the above menu. The Papadias were over cooked and the pizzas taste were ok. Restaurant wasn’t very clean but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Placed an order online for delivery to my job. Terrible decision! Not only did I wait 2 hours for delivery, but they never delivered it. Never called my phone for clarification of the correct business or anything! Then after I spoke with a representative at the store, I was told I’d have to wait another hour for another pizza. And the reason behind all of this is DoorDash???!!!! UNACCEPTABLE! If it didn’t take 2-3 hours for the payment of my order to be processed, then it is unreasonable to have to wait that amount of time & an additional amount of time for replacement.

I placed my order with a delivery time of 45 to 55 minutes. After 45 minutes checked the papa tracker.I called after I used the papa tracker said 61 minutes. After being on hold for another 10 minutes I was told that it would be at least another hour before my food would deliver. All they offered to do was cancel and tell me this was because they were super busy. I ordered at 7pm on a Monday. Really!!! Never order from there again.
