The Real Logus
We occasionally get Papa Murphy’s at this location instead of our regular location. Things are usually 5 stars, everything is fine, 0 complaints. Lately, our orders seem to be a bit light on toppings, might be inflation, not sure. But also, and this isn’t a huge deal, but my salad was a bit of a let down. There were lettuce stalks in the bowl and the “not lettuce” was all clustered at the bottom under the cheese and lettuce, which could have be rectified if I added the dressing and sealed the bowl and did a big shake of the whole thing, but the salad should be built in the correct order so I dont have to shake the whole thing to get the distribution of ingredient correct. Again, not a huge deal, but it is a sign of a lack of instruction, complacency, or laziness. Still, we do plan to return for pizza here in the future.

Not sure who it was but one of the guy workers that was working the evening of June 5 2022 was extremely unprofessional. He tried telling me the ‘kids favorite special’ special is too good of a deal and that “there’s no such thing” and “it’s too good to be true”. After I showed him the ad he then said we called in family sized pizzas which is not true. Then he went on and told me they can do it but it won’t be for $23. We called specifically about the kids favorite special and he told us they will make it and when we get there she should let the worker know that we were the ones that called about the special. I’m sorry but that guy should be terminated. That’s no way to treat your customers. I’ve never seen a place refuse their own deals lol. We will not be going back

I’ve never had a bad pizza. They’re always fresh and delicious. Unfortunately last night was a disappointment. We ordered our pizza on the app and set it for pick up at 1730. When we arrived it hadn’t been started, staff couldn’t find our ticket as it was buried in a pile of them. As we were waiting for our order, people were walking in and out with pizzas that they had just ordered. When my husband asked about our order a staff member became very short with him. I’ve never had such poor and disappointing customer service.

Very nice and efficient staff. Greeted us in a welcoming manner upon entrance. Got our order correct without question. Only took about 10-15 minutes to fill our order. It was soooo good!!! Yes, they are a “take and bake” pizza establishment, but quality ingredients!!!

They are no longer at the location in the current picture (as of 8/14/21), they’re now farther down Calumet across from Walmart. While the location seems better for their business, it’s farther away from me and more of a pain to get to. They’re quite busy almost all the time now so I would advise ordering ahead. Same quality and great staff though. Knocked a star because I hate the new location, that’s personal preference though.
