Extremely disappointed with this location this time around. I ordered the Big New Yorker, this is a favorite in our house. I chose carry out on the app. When I arrived at the store someone was working at the front register but never acknowledged my existence. I waited for about 2 minutes or so until he finally asked someone in the back to help me out. I waited another minute or so, and got my pizza. After getting home I realized everything was how I ordered it, except all of the toppings that were thrown on the pizza were completely cold. The pizza was warmer than the toppings and completely bland tasting, I don’t think any seasonings were added. I arrived exactly at my pickup time. The best way I can describe this pizza is a cheese pizza someone threw random toppings on after it had already cooked. Needless to say, that’s my biggest $25 mistake of the week.

I ordered a pizza at 8ish pm on door dash with a delivery time of 8:50pm just to have it pushed back over 25 min and get cancelled because they are to incompetent to make 1 pizza and some cinnamon rolls in a timely manner absolutely ridiculous….

Ordered these new pizza melts, breadsticks and traditional wings. Everything was over cooked and we got boneless wings. For over a $35 order, the frozen pizza in my freezer ( totinos) would have been better. Totally not worth the money and completely disappointed. Thanks for wasting my money and time Pizza Hut

Jumped online and ordered carry out from this location at 6:40 pm, confirmation email said order would be ready for pickup at 7:40. Wife pulled in at 7:50 to pickup order to find out Pizza Hut had “prioritized” our order and gave it to other customers because we were LATE for pickup. Not sure that a 10 minute window suffices as late enough to give the order away as we have picked up 40-45 minutes later than the “ready time” in the past.

Would be 3-4 stars quick friendly but multiple times now not just once I order the pasta and don’t get any damn plastic silverware common sense stuff truck drivers order to. Happens again I’m not ordering from here anymore. Tried again after so long and I even put plastic silver ware in instructions and again never got any. Changed to one star after ridiculous can’t eat pasta without any utensils next driver just lost their tip unless they follow the instructions
