Freaky fast delivery huh? I live less than 3 miles from this location and the past few delivery orders have taken well over an hour. Save yourself some time and skip their delivery service. And don’t bother calling the store to check on your order, they’ll blame the driver and tell you your order is on the road. Overall lack of management, I guess that’s what you get hiring nothing but high school sophomores to run your restaurant.

First time ever dining inside instead of ordering delivery or using the drive through, The AC was comfortable, the music was at a pleasant level, the bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. It was a nice change of pace.

This Jimmy John’s is not great at getting your order correct. I’d advise not ordering any customization for this restaurant. I normally don’t complain about this in a review but after failing to follow customization/order 3 times, it’s a pattern not a one-off failure.

Made my custom sandwich wrong. Called the store and they were far far less then accommodating. Manager wouldn’t even talk to me. Said if I want it corrected drive it up there myself, after paying $3.00 delivery and $5.00 tip.

I was given the wrong sandwich, which isn’t a big deal. Mistakes happen. I called to let them know that I received the wrong sandwich, was asked for an order number but a receipt wasn’t given to me. Guy worked in the background “he probably ordered it wrong” I ordered a 14 with pickles and sauce. I was given a turkey unwich with onions and cucumbers. Then said they’d take my name down to get a replacement because I couldn’t make it back at this time.. didn’t ask for a name and just hung up. Great customer service!

Went there 1 hour before they closed and the doors were locked. A worker came to the door after i walked away and didnt even acknowledge me. Went through the drive thru and they just proceeded to pretend we were not there along with the 2 other people in line behind us! Horrible and very disappointing.

I have a love hate thing with this location. When they are good they are good, when bad they are bad. The employee was upset because she had to remake a sandwich, I asked for the wheat bread not the wheat sub bun which I did not know they had. I also asked for “easy hot pepers” well I will let the pictures do the talking. She thought she would be funny. Thanks 😉
