Missing items in mobile order many times. Just went to get my missing double whopper. The guy insist he had my order in the bag, which is not true. Why would I drive 15 minutes to get a single burger, because I don’t have the food. Then the guy said if you want extra burger I ‘ll give you extra burger. Worrible service. Missing order and refuse to make up to the customer. This store degrades BK reputation.
