Food: Tried a variety of tacos, overall for the price and size it was disappointing because it lacked flavor. The two tacos that were great was the Pescado Zarandeado and Camaron al chipotle.

Truly authentic spot, near the Williamsburg Opera House and open til midnight! The bar was aesthetically traditional, the menu too, but no photos. Appetizer queso w/mushrooms really surprised us, came with tortillas instead of chips; nice touch! However, the quesadilla looked a bit like an empanada, but larger with a tougher exterior. It wasn’t fun to eat and came out well after our other entree. And the bartender never addressed it.

Incredible tacos, my mouth was on fire from the hot sauce but I prefer that. The staff was attentive and energetic. Mezcal margarita up to par. No wait and chill vibe. Would highly recommend.

Honestly thought I was on candid camera, with how terrible the hostess and waiter were acting/treating us … you literally work in service, so when customers come in they are expecting to be … served.

Our visit was marred by subpar service that I wouldn’t expect from a small restaurant with so few tables. My entree sat in the window for at least 7 minutes before it was brought to my table and I was half tempted to go get it myself. 5 stars to the kitchen, they rang the order ready bell 4 times before the waitress finally came and got my food. Maybe we’ll come back…

Where to begin… prices were low because it matched the quality of food. Ordered the chipotle shrimp tacos and the portion size was not fit for a toddler. The pescadito tacos were good. The food was served on what looked like bucket tops. The margaritas were good.

A good spot for tacos; I like that they offer a variety or vegetarian and seafood. The hongoa is great, as was the non-friend fish. The camarón al chipotle had a nice kick to it, but it was just shrimp covered in chipotle sauce and not much else.

Came for a quick bite before a show and we were seated and able to place our order almost immediately. The server/host was attentive, helpful and very friendly. We both ordered the chicken taco which was great and my husband also got the shrimp taco per recommendation. If we weren’t in a time crunch we would have stayed longer and enjoyed more of their food and drink!
