We ordered 3 meals Togo. Excited to do my review I took took pictures of our food before hand. I couldn’t imagine the night that followed. The steak and tenders of the meals the steak and tenders and fries both had old tenders. The steak and tenders was supposed to have the bacon smashed potatoes. No bacon, dried out Mac and cheese,and a side of long black synthetic hair.

Assuming this location wont be open long. I ordered dessert for curbside pickup. I ended up waiting inside the building for my order. The food was packaged good. The caramel pie was good but the cobblers were yucky. The ice cream tasted old with ice.

We visited the Collierville location this past Saturday and was highly disappointed. It took way longer than expected for the server to greet our table. When the bread, appetizers and food finally arrived they were cold. We had to ask for our refills and no one offered dessert. One of our guests was so deterred from ordering due to the rest of us commenting on how cold the food was. This was a very dissatisfied visit however, the only reason we didn’t walk out was because the kids didn’t want leave.

Server was too distracted by her kids who were on site and in the back in a booth. We Asked 3 times for my side items and never got them. Never got refills she offered to us 3 different times. Had to ask several times for napkins and condiments. Food was good. Service would probably be better if she wasn’t distracted. But I am NOT hating on a working mama. Much Love to her-she was very nice. Place was very clean.

There were four tables at dinner time the night we went so needless to say, but it gives off we aren’t a very good place anymore vibes. They were out of two different appetizers and their salmon. The server was awesome though. She was all smiles and sweet.

Catfish filet were small catfish nuggets. Mac and cheese lacked cheese & flavor. Potatoes were good. Overall I rate them 1 out of 10. $16 dollars for 3 catfish nuggets. Plate Look smaller than a kids meal. They got shrinkflation & inflation going at the same time. Complete rip off, The fish also had wild fishy taste, so they not cleaning it properly.

The food was great! Initially, I wanted to substitute a salad for the broccoli that came with my meal because the broccoli tends to be hard but the waiter offered to have the broccoli double steamed and it was delicious! Everything tasted hot & fresh, including the rolls.
