I have been here twice recently and the service was outstanding. The first time was after 6PM and noone was around at first glance, so I looked around and was surprised by how clean everything was. The floors, counters and cooking area. A kind young man with glasses and a beard warmly greeted me. I asked if the food was sitting for a while and he assured me it would be cooked fresh. He was very kind and true to his word. Everything was prepared how I asked.

This lady Maria Varela was so rude! Not even a you’re welcome, can I help you. She was rude to the Uber Eats guy. Like wow. If you’re not happy with working there, then find a different job. Chicken sandwich had three pieces of lettuce, the 4 piece mozzarellas were hard and the slick chicken fires were burnt. This is located inside Walmart and I will not go again. Maria needs to be taught some customer service.

This is without doubt the worst Burger King in the country! I’ve never had such terrible service in any restaurant. I ordered one of the new melts, waited 15 minutes, it was not the one I ordered and the sour dough bread was not toasted and the patties were not warm enoughto melt the cheese. Then the next one was the same. Mean while the place was in chaos with other order’s, including the drive through, being wrong. I ask for my money-back and the pig of a so called manager refused. The staff had no idea what to do. Finally after not moving from the cash register, one of the employees brought a property cook sandwich out to me..WRONG ONE AGAIN! so I figured I just eat it and report the horrible service to BK headquarters. Drive past this one Folks!

I went to this location 7/17/22 to order food for my family. The manager was giving me attitude and being disrespectful as well for no reason that I knew of. I asked him to fix a drink that they messed up in the beginning and I got instant attitude. To make things worse he decided to yell out in the lobby “you’re going to complain now?” Up to that point I didn’t say a word to him about how he acted or anything else. The manager tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong because I was being rude to him but couldn’t tell me how. I asked for their name and they refused to give it to me and proceeded to bad mouth me to other customers as I waited for a drink that was paid for but he refused to give my child. As long as that employee works there I will never be back to eat there and will not recommend it to anyone.

Manager here is horrible! I was there eating and witnessed him being very rude to an elderly lady. Another person stood up to him and he was giving him attitude. Then blamed it on the customer. He is very rude and has a don’t care attitude. He needs to be fired. Will NEVER come back here.

Extremely rude service. One of the employees decided to mock me we’re not wanting to spend more money because the prices on the menu weren’t correct. I asked him why the price didn’t match what was on the menu which he explained the menu wasn’t correct. He asked if I still wanted the food and I told him no. Simple enough. I would have just walked away except he then decided to shout “whatever” and right to my face and to the other employees started mocking me for not wanting to pay more.

Awful. Just awful. The native American guy with gold bleached hear was very rude and disrespectful. I’ve never had that kind of service before and I didn’t deserve that. I asked for the manager and he was the manager. I couldn’t believe it. I don’t trust them with my food and they should fire him. He doesn’t like being there and acts like a Queen go for it but don’t work. Learn how to be civilized first before you act like a sassy rude boy.
