We ordered 3 pizzas last night. All 3 pizzas were awful. I tried to contact the store to tell them what the problem was but every time I started to talk about my complaint the man hung up on me. After the 3rd time of him hanging up on me, I gave up! Will never order from this pizza hut again at least not until they have some real customer service in place!

This place is an absolute joke and the manager is as incompetent as they come. I called for delivery and they ran around the bush for 2 hours when I still didn’t get my order and then cold transfered me after being on hold over the phone for almost an hour. I’ve never IN MY LIFE dealt with the disrespect that I endured through dealing with them

Update as of 11/9/22 I emailed the owner per their request 2 weeks ago and they never responded change my 2 star rating to one star rating as obviously the owner doesn’t care or what to make this right very disappointed and very bad customer service.

I called in because I had an issue with a delivery driving speeding and riding my bumper so closely that if I had to stop for any reason he would havs hit me. As a mother, his aggressive driving upset me. The shift mgr, Katrina, was courteous, empathetic and had great customer service. Offered me a free pizza, that I politely declined. Katrina handled my situation effortlessly and assured me that action would be taken. I appreciate a leader who understands the importance of professionalism, accountability, and overall common sense of being a decent human being. . . She deserves a promotion.

The website is hard to use. It is impossible to get the “special” price when using it. It always totals more even when you put in the “correct” number of toppings and crust. Employees were rude, actually mean and condescending. We have enjoyed pizza hut for a long time. Hate to see them go out of business, but with this terrible service. It won’t be long.
