The $7 before 7 is one of the best happy hours I have ever been to and definitely THE best in the Hamptons. Drinks were good & strong. Food was delicious. Service was good. I went two days in a row when I discovered it. Parking is plentiful. The outdoor dining is dog friendly. Great vibes & ambiance.

Sush a good atmosphere and fun vibe. All the food is delicious. We loved the everything we had with favorites being the dumplings, and crispy rice cakes. Already booked reservations to come back. They are BYOB right now but there is a liquor store across the street making it super easy to bring in your own sake or booze.

Food is decent. However it can’t be enjoyed as there is an EXTREME sulfuric (rotten eggs) odor going through the outdoor seating section the entire time you’re eating. Imagine eating inside a bus station bathroom during peak hours, that’s the kind of odor you’re dealing with. Bamboo really needs to address this.

Bamboo has a great ambience and vibe and Jess and all her staff are warm and welcoming. The food is delicious – great sushi, chicken lemongrass dumplings and the bento box to name a few faves. The daily Happy Hour is the last great deal in the Hamptons with delicious snacks and yummy cocktails. I love the watermelon margarita – thanks to the bartender Garrett! Family friendly but also a fun bar scene. I highly recommend a visit.
