ABSOLUTELY do not. Go to this location. Experience isn’t so much an issue. But their customer service in general is complete astronomical garbage. And you can 100% count on at least 2 items of your order to be wrong. Regardless of how exact you say it. They will without doubt forget/ not ring up something. If you find yourself at this particular location check, double, and triple check your order. We don’t go. Very often but they have NEVER failed to fail. Not to mention whatever you end up with will be severely less then ideal as far as something you thought you’d get.

The staff was very friendly. I don’t fault anyone for customer service, but the food was horrendous. I know shrinkflation and inflation have been the buzzwords since 2022, but if you pay $6.40 for one burrito, you’d expect a burrito that’s more fillings than tortilla. Wrong. I would have taken a picture if I wasn’t driving. I got a TINY grande breakfast burrito that was mostly the sour cream and nacho cheese that I paid $1.70 extra for. I will not be back to this location. Bojangles is my only breakfast spot from now on.

This is honestly the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve lived down the road for 3 years and they have gotten my order right once… maybe. I’ve never seen a place that can mess an order up so many times it’s honestly amazing. This place is trash and so are the people that work there.

Most Taco Bells are hit or miss based on when you order but this location is always a miss. Or at least it has been the last three times I’ve been. Cold meat and beans, underfilled burritos, dry old potatoes, I could go on. Staff is fine the food not so much

Real polite staff at window, real low quality tacos. Ordered 3 tacos supreme, came with maybe 3 pieces of lettuce and no sour cream and about .5 oz of beef. Friendly staff is awesome but I came for the food and it completely missed. Not my first poor experience at this location.
