I made the mistake of going to this KFC thinking I’d get a meal, but when going through the drive thru the chicken was the sorriest looking pieces of meat I’ve ever seen. The 3piece with the extra side for $11.29 , I don’t know how KFC plans to stay in business ripping off it’s customers with kiddie size portions and extra high prices. No napkins or utensils in the bag. The manager on duty said this is the size of all their chicken. Very hard to believe KFC has downsized portions and increased price as a business model.

I’ve been here 3 times, staff are always messing around and take forever to get you your food. The lobby was disgusting but rather than clean it they just started locking the doors. They always out of something. Food is fine though.

When they say open….they aren’t really open. It’s always dirty, floor is always sticky and no one bothers to answer when someone is sitting at the drive thru. Management, if they exists, clearly can’t manage a paper bag. Don’t go….ever.

I think I was given fries from the “Throw away pile” mistakenly. I think I should get a refund of 4.29 as it obviously was some kind of oversight and these were the fries meant for the garbage can, as they were burned, stale, old tasting.

Horrible service! We placed an on line order last for 2 3pc chicken combos and were given a pickup time. When we walked in, and asked for the order, we were told they could not give it to us. When I asked why not, I was told ” because we are out of chicken.” I was not offered an apology or an alternative. When I asked about a credit card refund, I was told to “go to the website.” I have had NO resolution, sat on corporate’s 800 number for 30 minutes. The staff was surly and unpleasant. Four years ago, we visited this location, poor service, terrible wait. NOTHING has changed at this outlet!

Went through drive thru. The kid was eating & dipping fries in something while taking orders & was using my water bottle as a hand rest at the same time. When he opened the window, I asked for a new bottle of water so he threw that one away. The food was mediocre at best. The chicken was ok though I didn’t get what ordered. The mashed potatoes & gravy literally had no flavor. One container of potatoes was only half filled. One container of cole slaw same. Half filled. I just hate to eat out anymore. No matter where you go, the quality & service sucks.
