Showed up before 8 and the gentleman behind the counter said that they weren’t cooking any more vegetables as they were closing in about an hour. The cilantro picture shows how disgusting products were that they were using. As we ate all we could smell was cigarette smell coming from the kitchen. A female worker was walking around Facetiming someone while working. Very unprofessional and the food stunk! Sorry Moe’s but this is the last straw. Done with this Chain!!

This is hands down the best Moe’s I have ever been to. The staff is amazing. We walked in at 9pm on the dot and hadn’t realized that they were closed. Not only did they still serve us they also served the three to four customers that walked in behind us. They are dedicated and extremely kind. The general manger is one of the nicest people I have ever met and she is extremely helpful and kind.

Waited over half hour to order food. There were only 2 staff on and for the first 15 min the young woman was in the back on her phone watching the line grow. The man behind the counter had both ear buds in his ears and was barely moving while making online orders. He did not acknowledge the fact that there were 10 people in line not tell us it might be a bit of a wait. Horrible customer service and super slow employees. Not the first time I had problems here and I only came again because it’s been 2 years. I will be emailing corporate about how this store is not managed

Very disappointed with this place. After reading reviews I decided to order from GrubHub anyway. I should have listened. I live approximately 3 miles from the restaurant and it took the driver about 20 minutes to get my food here once it was in the car. Then when I received my order it was cold and the portion size was laughable. I know this because I used to frequent the store in Henrietta when I worked out there. Also they couldn’t even completely wrap my burrito in the foil. A lot of it was exposed to the elements. ,

Showed up to pick up my online order and it wasn’t even ready at all. Waited about 5 minutes for someone to even come to the counter and address me. Then the girl rushed to make my food, dropped half of it on the grill then didn’t even properly grill my quesadilla. Cheese isn’t even melted and the whole things just looks sloppy. Cut it into 4 sloppy pieces as well

Ordered food for the office. 5 orders, @ 11:47am. Go to pick it up at 12:15. Hadn’t even started making it yet. According to website ordering all beverages are limited to 20oz coke bottles (coke, diet coke, coke zero, sprite) every beverage served was a fountain drink (and not marked or poured proper) no salsa provided (free with chips) burritos and bowl were made proper, just a very poor experience. I can’t even blame the super nice young lady who was trying to run the restaurant while the (supposed) manager “went to the bank and ran other errands” I wish I caught her name, she deserves major props for muscling through her work today.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Ordered online and 2 items were missing. Went back and employee searched the bags AND went to our VEHICLE to make sure we hadn’t hidden it. Then remade the item and offered no apology or thank you. Customer was treated like a criminal when the EMPLOYEE MADE THE MISTAKE. Should have left the food and asked for refund. Will not be going back. Greece location staff are the worst! Editing to add that I contacted the corporate office twice with no return call or email. Clearly the corporate office doesn’t care about how their franchises are run.
