Culinary EXP is my new favorite “restaurant” in Lago Vista. This is a food truck serving upscale restaurant quality food. Not only is the food crazy amazing, the pricing is completely reasonable!! They have no problem dealing with dietary restrictions and they have a great variety of sides choose from. Their braised beef is delectable and their roasted brussells sprouts are out of this world. I love their carnitas tacos, slider trio, braised beef burritos and their wide selection of sandwiches and entrees. They change up their menu every 3 weeks or so, with new specials complementing their classic menu fare. Perfect for lunch, dinner or weekend brunch. 5 Stars for sure!

Delicious! So happy to have this food truck in town. The chefs/owners are extremely friendly and gracious and the food is amazing. I have to eat gluten free and they whipped up a braised beef bowl with peppers and Brussels sprouts, WOW, perfectly seasoned and cooked. It was mouth watering. Husband got the special which was the Cuban, and he said it was also amazing. Chicken and Waffles and Salmon dish are equally delicious. You simply can’t go wrong with anything you try here!

Got the chicken tenders with fries and they were quite delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked and had great flavor. That ranch dip must be scratch made cause it was super good. My wife thinks the ketchup was made from scratch too.

Unfortunately, being at the brewery in Lago the food was way over priced. I wasn’t blown away either. Definitely didn’t plan on spending $60 + for 2 adults and a child.

First time trying this place and was very pleasantly surprised. The gentleman that served was extremely friendly and courteous. His recommendation was amazing (the Culinary Sloppy Joe!) and the portions were generous. Pricing was great and will definitely return. Delicious food! Stopped by on the way to our Airbnb for my bachelorette party and they were so friendly and welcoming. The food was unbelievable, the street tacos are so amazing. Definitely recommend, you have to stop here!

Actually best food in town. Great owners who really care about what they do. Never had a bad meal there. My only sadness is they aren’t here on the weekends so I have to drive farther to enjoy their food and company. Worth it.
