When did inventory become more important than customer service? I went in to get a meal and the lady behind the counter gave me a few ketchup packs. I asked for more and she tried to charge me for more ketchup packs. If she has an attitude and doesnt like her job maybe she shouldnt work there. Her excuse to charge me was its for inventory purposes. I honestly would like to see them count every single ketchup pack when they do inventory.

Didn’t remember what I order they had to ask me again. Grease needs to be changed. Buns for the kids bugars was not fresh . One time before they had no soda ,no fries, and as well bugars was not done. I rather go to another Hardee’s than there. Employees act like they don’t care. Poor service.

Pulled up to drive thru at 11:07, lady said that they were going thru a shift change and couldn’t take an order for a couple minutes. That’s fine I’ve worked the food industry before. But they came back from 5 minutes to 10-15 minutes before they could take an order. Not the first bad experience at this Hardee’s and will be the last won’t be back.
