My husband had to re-do his card information because he did not tip so the man cancelled and made him try again… my sandwich was completely wrong with no meat as well. We eat a lot of Jimmy John’s and this was a complete disappointment and we will not return to this location.

Around 7 me and my friend went through the Kearney Jimmy Johns drive through and all we get was unprofessional eye roll from the girl who was supposed to give us our food. The issue with the girl at the window was old issues. Come to find out she told the guy that was making our food to spit in it. We left feeling disrespected. The guy was being very nice about the situation. Overall ruined my outlook on this restaurant.
