BURGER KING on E. Calhoun St, Sumter, SC. I love the manager Sky. She handles her crew very well. She is always nice to me and her other customers! She keeps the restaurant clean. She runs the restaurant like the professional that she is. My food is always hot and fresh, and if it’s not, she immediately has it redone for me without hesitation! This is by far the best Burger King to visit in Sumter, SC because Sky and her crew treat everyone with respect. They understand that you never know how a person’s day is going, so they serve all with a smile! I give Sky ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

The food is good but too bad they never get my order right to enjoy what I actually bought. No one there has any people skills. They mumble, don’t make eye contact and look at you expecting to read their minds. Three times there and all three times ya messed my order up. There’s plenty of other places to order on that road so no loss there. Don’t be surprised when this location is outta biz soon. ♀️

We really enjoyed our meal at BK. today. Actually dined in (thank you, BK). The employees were very friendly and the food was fresh and hot. The Freestyle Coke machine was fully stocked (rare these days).

OH NO! If you’re gonna get food from this Burger King, either consider going to the one across town or go inside and watch the workers CLOSELY! The lady who was preparing my food was SNEEZING while doing so. She wasn’t even backing away from the food to sneeze, and she sneezed about 5 times, both without covering her nose & mouth and into her HANDS and continued to touch my food! Not to mention I told her I wanted a Rodeo King with no bacon or barbecue sauce, and at first she was confused and didn’t even know what that even was? And to nobody’s surprise, the sandwich has bacon and barbecue sauce. The unprofessionalism and ignorance of the workers here has always been exhausting for me, but this just pushed it. Unless you replace these goofy barnyard animals you call “workers” with actual human beings, I will not be coming back here anymore.

My family and I dined in at the Burger King on Broad Street Sumter, SC and one of the workers (looked like she may have been off for the day and came by to chat with her coworkers) was at the front counter holding a dog and feeding it chicken nuggets. Some of the other coworkers came to the counter and was petting the dog and then proceeded to go back to make food. It was very unhygienic and disgusting! I will never eat here again!

The staff needs to watch more videos on customer service. came to the drive-thru Saturday night wait at the drive-thru for about 10 minutes no one said welcome to Burger King can you hold one moment please or I will be with you shortly. So after 12 minutes has passed I decided to drive up to the window to place my order like the car did before me. The young man took my order but you can hear a staff in the kitchen through the window getting upset because orders are being taken at the window. She was using profanity it was just horrible.
