I placed an online order at 6:42 pm confirmations said ready at 6:58 pm. My husband drive to pick it up. Not ready! Guys standing around not saying anything. I called to check he is still standing there waiting on 52.34 worth of food. Nobody is saying anything to him. I am literally writing this complaint waiting on pizza, wings and salad. This is unacceptable for the amount and time spent. We have been ordering from this location for a long time. Maybe it’s time to go to the next block to Pizza Hut. It has now been over an hour since I placed the order. Whoever is managing this place now is terrible. The last time I ordered June 1 was the same. I will not wait to spend money with an establishment that has no order nor sense of urgency , initiative, nor customer service experience. Still waiting and no one is even acknowledging him. We’re done.

8/1/23 I made a stop at Marco Pizza on Metlock. I have never been to Marco Pizza before. To my surprise I had the best pizza I have ever had. It was so good. It was fresh everything the meat, the veggies the cheese. My only regret was that I only bought 1 pizza.

Unhygienic and food not properly secured. I tried giving this location another chance and immediately regretted it. I’m not sure if it was the location on the unhygienic courier sent by Seamless, but the food arrived with hair completely over it. Had the food been properly sealed, I would have been able to determine if it was from their kitchen or the courier. Very, very big mistake by Marco’s. I made sure to inform the company as well as Seamless about this matter since I don’t know the source of this error, but it begins with Marco’s choosing not to invest in tamper seal packaging. I am quite disgusted because it was massively covered in hair. I have made the conscious decision to not patronize a restaurant via third party delivery services that do not provide tamper proof packaging for this reason. I won’t be patronizing the location or third party delivery services any longer.

We ordered a pizza 20 minutes before closing and then got a call stating they could not fulfill our order because they were closing soon. If you cannot fulfill the order and cannot work until your closing time, how about you change the time to the time you actually stop working. Dissatisfied and looking for another pizza place!

Good pizza most of the time. We’ve had trouble finding a decent pizza place in the South Arlington/Mansfield area. Marcos has been the most consistent and has had the order right every time. We order pizza about once a week. What doesn’t make sense about this location is the amount of grease on the bottom of the pizzas. It’s so bad that tonight the grease leaked out of the box all over me. There is no reason so much butter, oil, or what ever they use needs to be put in the pan. It literally soaks through the boxes.

Usually have great service. Ordered tonight but the pizza was not up to par. It was undercooked and very greasy. The toppings slid right off the crust. Never had such bad pizza from Marco’s. Really disappointed

I ordered my pizza at 6pm and it said it would be ready about 7:21. I didn’t get my pizza till after 8pm. There was a tall lady boxing pizzas who tried her best to make our wait comfortable and she’s the reason I’m still giving 4 stars. The pizza itself was amazing as always. I’ve never had a experience till this last time.
