I know this franchise is popular but did care for it. It was to plain for for me. The dresses on our sandwiches keep dripping like it’s been watered down to much. The funny thing about this was the only flavor I was getting from the wrap. I had the new chicken wrap by the way. I felt it was not going be right that’s why I never went to any locations until that day.

my order was made incorrectly & they remade it, bit later came to saying it was made correctly, where I had proof of what I ordered on my online receipt. He then called me a liar, I asked for my money back after calling me a liar & he refused, it turned into an argument match. I doubt very seriously if I’ll come back to this location. Very poor customer service.

I have had several issues with my delivery order getting messed up. Usually missing items. On top of that they charge a $3 delivery fee AND a $0.99 service charge… So, automatically add $3.99 to any online delivery! Crazy. It cost me over $17 for a sandwich, chips, and a cookie!

I haven’t had a Jimmy John’s sandwich in years but when me and my son’s stopped for a bit to eat downtown OMG!! I realized I have been missing out! This location is decent. The order came out quickly and correct and the employees were doing a good job. Overall it’s safe to say I will be back!!

I always order from here and I always get the same driver who is really sweet! He doesn’t talk but I’m in the hospital and he knocks and wait for a response he seems to never care for a tip even though I always tip him.. They are really fast and friendly when you call!! They truly stick to Jimmy Johns words!! Always a pleasure so much so that I am officially tired of it for a while.. I was ordering almost everyday for 2 months since I’ve been in the hospital and never not even one time did they mess up my order or were slow to deliver!!

The tuna sub was huge and delicious, fixed just like I ordered… with lettuce, green peppers, onions, black olives, jalapenos, and mayo. The bread was just the right degree of chewy. And, the service was fast and friendly. The sub was slightly larger than Subway, and it cost slightly more. They did not have corn chips, though… my only gripe.

They really do mean freaky fast here. Even when it’s peak lunch hours it is pretty quick, but if you hot outside the rush, I’ve been in and out in under three minutes. I come here all the time during my lunch breaks because I love the reasonably priced food and the quick service. It lets me get back to my desk quickly.
