We came here for an early dinner. We shared the arancini and a vegetariana pizza, then the Diplomatic for dessert. Everything was very good, and they also served bread which was delicious. The service was excellent.

We originally made reservations for Easter, but had to cancel, because our party got bigger, but they didn’t have any availability. So, we made reservations for today when they opened for dinner at 4 PM. We were the first guests in the restaurant. The hostesses were very sweet, even laughing at my husbands shirt and I believe our waiter was the owner, who is a delight.

Fabio on Fire Italian Restaurant is an absolute must-visit for anyone craving authentic Italian cuisine. The appetizers are delectable, with the calamari and bruschetta being particular highlights. The pizza is also worth trying, but the real star of the show is the dessert. The cannolis, gelato, and tiramisu are all heavenly, and the free after-dinner lozenges are a lovely touch. The lemon lozenges, in particular, are a must-try. I’ve been back multiple times just for dessert! Overall, Fabio on Fire offers a truly memorable dining experience that will leave you craving more. Highly recommended!

We made reservations. I recommended if you want to sit inside. There are 2 patios, have outdoor heaters. Special on bottles of wine, all 25% off. Specials everyday. Calamari with zucchini for appetizer, batter very light. Served with 2 dips, aioli and marinara sauce. Pear salad very good but too oily. We were served a bread basket with balsamic and olive oil dip upon seating. The bread very moist airy. Husband ordered the ravioli pockets filled with butternut squash and a cream sauce. Very good, sauce not heavy. I had the oricchiete with sausage and broccoli in a wine broth. This was a very big serving, took more than half home. Very good, light in flavor. The pasta in both dishes cooked perfectly, not gummy. We also ordered tiramisu, large enough to share, delicious. Our server, Alice, very friendly, and efficient, checked on us after each dish was served. Our food was delivered timely spaced and hot. Great service. Definitely will return.

What a find! Enjoyed Fabio on fire a lot. The service was on point and impeccable. Enough people to manage all inside. The food was yummy. Seafood pasta Special with white wine sauce was loaded with seafood and tasted delish. The butternut squash pasta was smaller portion, but the best thing all night. The sauce was light and just right amount of flavor. Never had anything like it. Of course the house made Gelato was unique in flavor and enjoyable. We will be back to try the pizza. Thanks Fabio! Wasn’t busy and had an open table when we call to check on a Thursday even. Smaller dining area so just call to get your name down.

Wow!!! I’ve traveled to Italy many times and this is hands down the best Italian food I’ve had stateside. 100% authentic. I had the butternut squash ravioli and ate every bite. My girlfriend had thr mushroom ravioli and it was just as good or better. DO NOT leave without haveing a cannoli! They have a Sicilian influence and a richer and creamerer than any I’ve ever had. We will be back! Oh, the cheese plate that wonderful as well.

I thought this would be similar to the new one on lake pleasant Parkway and happy valley road but it wasn’t the same. I’ve only recently experienced dinner at the new one but decided to try this one as well. Staff was great, food was good and so were the drinks. I like the menu at the new one better, this was good but I was craving a panini and Gelato but at least this one made a great margarita..
