I miss the apple oatmilk machiatos. Seasonal. Boo. One time they wrote a really nice inspirational message on the cup and that really was nice, so kudos to that worker! For the amound of business that is usually there, they are very quick.

The staff is terrible, the lady making the drinks literally coughed into her arm the moment before putting my lids on the drinks. Seriously trash people working there just go down the street to the real Starbucks.

Drinks are almost always diluted or made incorrectly. There is a complete lack of moral within customer interactions. When I arrived most recently to pickup a mobile order the drink was made incorrectly. I requested them to fix my order when I pulled back around the employee had her back facing the window. As I waited for her to hand me my drink that was already made and sitting on the counter I watched her finish eating and wipe her mouth with her hand and then wipe the food that had fallen out of her mouth off the counter where drinks are placed.

I’ve had a few good drinks, sometimes it’s not worth the wait. They usually only have one person working. It’s a nice alternative to the main Starbucks in Sandusky. I think the people working should be allowed to take tips because their working under the same conditions if not worse than the associates at the regular Starbucks.

Barista doesn’t know how to make a mocha Frappuccino. First it comes out the whole cup is covered in chocolate tastes like drinking chocolate syrup. He remakes it and acts like I don’t know what I’m talking about. The remake was better but it was clearly missing something. Did not enjoy. Will not go again if this guy is working.

Good Starbucks in a very small building. very busy drive though as usual at most Starbucks. Easy to find right off the main drag centrally located. Ice drinks are especially yummy. Ice cream ne door is also worth a try after a great cup of ‘joe’.
