I was so happy with my decision for mall lunch. I have been trying to follow a Keto way of eating for a few months now and making the best choices of fast food, when need be, is still hard for me. McAlisters has salads with meat, chipotle over there can make some pretty descent keto choices but the philly cheese steak place was calling me! All that I really cant have is the big fat bun; would they do me the pleasure of piling all that steaming cheesey meat over the lettuce and tomato without the bun? Oh yes! With no hesitation they filled my request and served it up in a cute little bowl like this meat and cheese salad was on the menu this way. I added some ranch dressing to cream it up just a tad more and I could not have been happier. Thank you, and see you next time guys!

First time trying this place today, ordered 1 sandwich combo (not a complicated order, not during peak time). Did not even receive the fries with the combo, and despite having the word in the menu item’s title, no bacon at all. The other toppings/condiments were wrong.

It was good, not amazing. Not sure about 4 stars, but I will go with it. The employees seemed to be preoccupied with other things. Some were not wearing masks (glad they were not near my food, sorry for the lady behind me). The sandwich is what I expected and the fries tasted great. May pass on this next time, the employees attitude carries a lot of weight in my decision.

I love this place but the last few times Iv been the workers that are employees are very rude with zero customer service skills…. I said what I wanted and she yelled “HUH” all rude-like. Also they are very sanitary either….no gloves…. Handling things with unclean care. So bad that another customer and I both mentioned it. Do better please.

When your store hours say you close at 6:00pm on Sunday, that shouldn’t mean you are refused service at 5:30pm. I was refused to be waited on and he said they were closed. They were still cooking. I’m sure this is part of the reason you only have a 3.8 rating. The man was rude and said he ain’t cooking another sub.

The customer service was excellent but how did I order a philly cheesesteak and all I got was a veggie sandwich with no meat I paid $14.05 to get home and all i am eating is onion pepper lettuce tomato and pickles with cheese and mayo. I tried to call but their phone says disconnected that’s bad for business. I just wasted my damn money would have been better off going to McDonald’s or taco bell… I WANT MY MO EY BACK FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
