First of all let me start by saying that my kids and I have always loved Friendly’s. I have been eating at Friendly’s for over 45 years. I also worked for a couple different locations years ago. That being said. There is nothing Friendly about my review. That was the last time I will ever go to friendly’s again. The food is horrible. My favorite Clam Chowder was spoiled and no it wasn’t late at night either. The bbq chicken melt’s, chicken had fat marbled through it. The proportion of the fries that came with my meal wasn’t enough for a young child. The Chicken Quesadiĺla was 1/4 full if that, it was like eating a plain grilled tortilla. We waited a very long time to be served the food and then waited 30 plus minutes to get the check. The waitress was a swèet girl, just very slow. The most unacceptable thing was the prices. Shame on you Friendly’s. The food quality is so sub par. Even if there hadn’t been any other problems, I would rather take my children somewhere they value their customers and the food they serve. Friendly’s has closed more locations then I can count. They have tried to reinvent this brand tons of times throughout the years. From changing from the S shape counter diner style to booths. Oh so delicious! The strawberry milkshake is so delicious and they have amazing options aside from the burgers which honestly are more tasty than the burgers. Lots of options friendly staff relaxed and fun atmosphere! Kids food available of course, many options. Near lots of kid friendly places too and the whole development is newer. Very nice!

Negative stars would be a better rating. I cannot believe the deplorable state this restaurant is in. We came in for ice cream with my kids wednesday evening and every single table was filthy. The floor was filthy, and there were numerous tables that were left unattended with dirty dishes. I dont think Ive ever seen such a dirty friendlys before. Very unfortunate experience and totally unacceptable. Embarrassing. This restaurant is failed management at its peak. The only positive was the friendly cashier.

First time in years at a Friendly’s. Love the updated decor. We went for dessert… and the sundaes were well worth it! The server was very helpful and friendly, but a bit over worked, slowing her down slightly.

I don’t understand why it takes around 15-20 minutes to get anything from here. It can take up to 10 minutes as a dasher just to get help from someone and another 20-25 minutes to get a simple sundae for a pickup order. Which can cause customers to be upset and dashers to lose time on orders. I’m not sure what the management is up to but they definitely need to hire more to pump out those ice creams because it’s just abysmal for everyone. I’m sure the workers are stressed enough dealing with families who aren’t aware that they’re understaffed. Crazy!

We went around 3:00 PM so it was completely dead inside. I ordered the pineapple stir-fry, and our waitress told us that the cook had to make new rice, so they offered me a free bowl of soup while I waited. The entrée was good, the service was great and the ice cream is always excellent!

Took unbelievably long for the food to come, even though my family ordered with the app. Food was terrible. The cheese on the bacon cheese fries tasted like rubber. It seemed like the only person working when I went (7 pm) was this young woman who was overloaded with orders. Ordered a sundae, and it never came to the table or was ready. Had to complain and show my online order receipt. Would not recommend.

Employees ignored us as we tried to get ketchup after going through the drive thru. Noticed a full jug of milk left open on the steel counter next to a grill. When addressing the Supervisor of the milk and the other employee ignoring us, they touched the milk jug and said, “it’s still cold so it’s fine.”
