We never eat inside the store but we have gone in to order a few times. The staff is friendly enough. It is a small indoor area right in view of the sun plus all the ovens on so it stays hot inside. Food is always great.

Online order was confirmed via email, but was never delivered. “Manager” on duty was clueless and curt, never apologized for inconvenience. This happened 30 minutes before posted closing time. Got a call around midnight from corporate customer service, agent stated that my order was cancelled because the store closed early.

Made me wait AN HOUR AND A HALF for two pepperoni pizzas. Originally it was supposed to get to me at like 11:50, then they pushed it back, then pushed it back again, then pushed it back again. Then, after waiting an hour and a half, CANCELLED MY ORDER. This place can’t even make a pepperoni pizza, don’t expect much from them. It also seems like other people on these reviews had very similar experiences of bad service.

“buffalo wings” came with VERY little to no sauce at all. I don’t know how anyone thinks this is a good idea or that this looks like what you advertise. Who ever cuts the pizza clearly has no idea what they are doing. Last but not least, the delivery person has to walk my food to my location. And yes my food was cold. This is insane and idk how anyone can think this is how business should be done. Probably my last time I will ever order from Pappa John’s in general ever again.

They forgot my food. 2 1/2hrs after I called, delivered me a cold pizza, forgot my wings. I paid $40 for a cold pizza(I tipped the driver $5) spoke to the manager Jack Rose who acknowledged their mistake who assured me I could reorder again and get a $40 credit. I spoke to the same manager tonight and only wanted to comp wings. I’ve spent crazy money here but won’t order again. * Update: the owner of the store contacted me. I spoke to the GM Garrett tonight and he was so apologetic and professional. He remade my order and sent me extra wings. I really appreciate their efforts in fixing the mistake. Thanks guys!

Door dashed my Oder – can’t complain of any employee. The food is what to be expected from a fast pizza place. Would recommend using fresh tomatoes next time, we couldn’t even finish our pizza due to the smell and taste of the tomatoes. Wing are a 7 out of 10. the Oreo dessert is 10/10 they were the only thing we finished..

Incomplete order. Store did not offer to send missing items. No apology. Sounds like this may be normal. My order was delivered by Uber an Uber eats driver. She stated all my extras were in the box but they were not. (So it’s not the divers fault) Also missing was the butter sauce they included with every pizza order. The manager wanted to give me a credit. I Politely declined. I’ll probably never order from this store again because I don’t stay downtown often. Says I’ll get some kind of refund. We’ll see. The pizza was good. Just hard to enjoy without the sauces & extras. That’s why I ordered them. The pizza seems plain without the extras.
