I ordered lunch for me and my almost two years old grandson. We are both of Jamaican descent and had a taste for some Caribbean food; OMG!! I ordered the tropical chicken with peas and rice, macaroni and cheese and plantain. I ordered the Rude Boy Sauce; it’s spicy just the way my personality is The food was so delicious , I closed my eyes and felt at HOME My grandson ate more than me, he loved it. Further, the packaging was top notch..none that I’ve seen yet from ordering out. The packaging is germ and contagion free. The service was superb, I can’t wait to order again . Food wasn’t as good as I hoped it to be. Only because the meat and rice just didn’t taste authentic. The meat didn’t have any bones which was a plus for me but I just wasn’t pleased with the meal. I was however pleased with the sealing of the bag, cleanliness of the store and short wait time. I would give them another try but I would have to see what else they have on their menu with good reviews.

This is one of our go to spots for dinner when we don’t cook at home. The food quality is reliably good, fresh and flavorful. The service is quick and everyone is kind. We typically order the jerk chicken family platter with stir fry veggies and plantains.

My first experience at this establishment. The food and atmosphere was very good. The customer service need much improvement. The young lady continued her conversation with another employee while there were no customers present. When I was acknowledged it was with attitude as if I interrupted her day by coming. I almost walked out but chose to finish my order. I hope the service changes sooner then later.

So on yesterday, my son and I went in to order lunch, takeout, we were greeted, by a rude young lady who was setting up the food, my son had never been there, and I had been bragging about how good the food was, so he wanted to actually see how the Mac and cheese looked before he said he wanted that as a side, so I asked the young lady, do you guys have the Mac and cheese today she stated yes,and kept doing whatever she was doing, so I waited about five minutes and asked her if she could go in the back to get the Mac and cheese please, she caught a whole attitude, my son, was even threw off with her actions, I started to leave, but my son really loves Jamaica food!! To the manager please remind your employees customers service is everything. Thanks God bless.

First time going yesterday and I must say the customer service was impeccable and the food was great! I’m picky so I didn’t like how much rice was stuffed in my roti wrap. Other than that I really enjoyed it. Very clean environment! Mac and cheese was cooked like my mommas homemade dish and the jerk chicken was good. I’m not a jerk chicken fan because of how spicy it is but their chicken was seasoned well and juicy! I will most definitely come back!

I’ve never been to a restaurant where I’m literally forced to choose between having a specific gravy or not eating there. I just left the restaurant because I asked for the stew chicken but did not want that gravy on my rice and was told I had to get that gravy or get another container. What?! Crazy!

This food is GOOD! I’m from NY so I’m familiar with carribean spots. I didn’t know what to expect from Carribean fast food. We ordered 4 beef patties, 4 coco bread, oxtail plate and jerk chicken plate.
