I wanted to share how kind one of the employees was yesterday. I wish I would have gotten his name, but I went in to grab my pizzas with my nine month old son. One of their male employees asked if I wanted help carrying the pizza to my car since I was holding my son. I said yes. While we were getting the pizzas in the car, I told him how much I appreciated his help and he said, “You’re carrying something way more important than pizzas.” That statement and this small act of kindness won me over to continue to order from this location.

Ordered pizza for my son’s birthday party. 90 minutes later it still wasn’t here. Called and they told me they are the order, apologized, offered to refund and still send the pizza out. 2 hours after that… the order was cancelled.

So I was sitting here peeling through the Google reviews while waiting for my pizza. I was astonished by some of the posts and photos. So I will share my own experience. This is my second order with the N. Beach location and both pizzas were great!! Driver was quick to arrive and placed our pizza at the door with care. I used to be a regular customer at the domino’s that delivered to my other apartment. This particular location is downright awful. I ordered just a few times, and every time it was after a while because I was hoping some improvements had been made. Unfortunately, every experience has been terrible. The last pizza I ordered I had to check to make sure that I had not accidentally bitten into the box itself, as the pizza was very hard. Other times they would get the order incorrect. In the past when I have called, I dealt with a rude employee. I had been told they do not deliver past 10 o’clock, or they cant deliver at all. I understand staffing shortages, but to lie about delivery times is a different story.

Part of my order was the 12 piece bites specialty chicken- crispy bacon&tomatoes. When it arrive it was HALF EATEN! I don’t know if the people at the restaurant ate it or maybe sent half an order OR the delivery guy ate it, but it really doesn’t matter now. I’m done with deliveries and delivery people. Just get in the car and go get it. Gonna save money and get better service. People just don’t care anymore about service or quality. Even the Dominoes website makes a complaining person type it out to DOT the Customer Support Bot. Really!

really look at these wings. you actually sent this out to a customer. the picture show they are covered in bbq. this they just squirted some on the top. most of the wings have almost none. the pizza was also squished from the side. you guys dont even try anymore.
