Not only was the young lady who helped me extremely sweet, their food is amazing! Very flavorful, and a good amount of spice. This was my first time trying Nigerian food so I have no frame of reference, but good food is good food!

First time visiting. We enjoyed the food. We ordered the cow meat pepper soup, chicken pepper soup, plaintain and chicken stew & the Ayamase. All delicious. The only complaint we have is that they should be more available to help customers more as soon as they walk in as well as help customers with questions they have with the menu. I will return and I highly recommend.

I’ve never had Nigerian food, so I decided to try this place out. The music inside was playing too loudly, IMO, and the sole staff-person manning the front seemed a little absent at first. However, she was the only one taking and preparing orders, so maybe she was just busy/stressed. She seemed nice in her own way, like the kind of person that warms up to people over time. Anyways, the food arrived quickly and tasted FANTASTIC. I ordered the Efo Riro Stew with Chicken and fufu. The portions were plentiful (3 whole pieces of chicken) and the flavors were bold (almost too spicy for me). If you’re a fan of bold and spicy cuisines such as Thai, Indian, Mexican, etc., I can definitely recommend this place!

Besides my visit to Nigeria Breeze, I had only eaten at 1 other Nigerian restaurant. I visited Nigeria Breeze around 3pm on a Friday. Not sure if it is common to be slow around that time, but I enjoyed the quiet mood. It gave me a chance to meet their lovely host, Mary. I shared a fish & Jolof rice combo with my wife. Excellent !!! I was really looking forward to eating the Giz-Dodo, and it didn’t disappoint. I had been to other restaurants that were unable to service me this dish. I JUST LOVE GIZZARDS I plan on going back soon. They’re setting up the eatery like a sports bar. I’m pretty confident the atmosphere will be energetic !!! If you enjoy spicy and flavorful food, West African cuisine is a must try.

The sauce is always delicious for the black pepper soup! Only thing is I order goat meat pepper soup now for the third time and for the third time I got assorted cow parts (nit meat; cow tongue, toe, neck, which is good for the sauce flavor but should not be in the plate) won’t be going back unfortunately. But I want too because the sauce is so good, but I can’t Keep getting disrespected when we call over the phone to order and they say we have goat meat pepper soup And when we get there to pick up she gives us a plate of assorted cow parts. Do you hate us?! I’d come back if this issue can be resolved. We spend alot of money here! Thank you.

If you want authentic Nigerian food, this is the place for you. I ordered the Jollof rice with goat meat, and it was delicious. They have various items on their menu and prepare the food promptly. I will be coming here whenever I’m craving high-quality African food.

Maybe it was just the day that I came on, but the food simply was not good. The rice taste burned; the fish did not taste fresh and the Egusi soup lacked moisture and palm oil. Nevertheless, the customer service was great. I so badly wanted this food to be delicious, maybe I will try it again on another day.
