Just checked out this place a few months ago when I moved to the area. They had just switched ownership. I have been going here and there and have not had a bad experience yet. Got dinner there tonight. All 3 steak subs were perfect. The burger sub was on point. You get a good amount of food for the price. The fries were perfectly cooked! The food was nice and hot. Everyone didn’t leave any crumbs!!!!!

So I did not know there was a Jimmy’s Pizza in the Southend until I seen a Facebook post that was shared so when I called and asked for delivery they said I was too far completely understandable. I then looked at my spouse and said well looks like we’re taking a ride and it was so worth it. We ordered the gold fever pizza which was AMAZING and another half cheese half pepperoni which was also good my kids left no slices. They are extremely respectful and we’re quick. I will DEFINITELY be coming back!

Ordered two subs and the jimmy combo. High school food in the 90s was better. Steak and cheese was supposed to have peppers onions and mushroom just steak and some kind of cheese. Ham and prov was supposed to basically have the works. Slop gross. Knew when I walked in by the staff food wouldn’t be enjoyable. If I could give negative stars I would.

The worst pizza ever. This was the second time I had them and the second time was worse than the first one. We asked for a little extra sauce on a pizza. We got sauce with little bit of cheese and soggy bread. GROSS

Excellent! Definitely my new go to place. Moved to the south end of New Bedford from Fall River and was told to try Jimmy’s as my husband has been a customer since he was a kid and I was not disappointed! Food was so good. I ordered a meatball pizza, a roast beef sub and mozzarella sticks, everything was perfect except I got a meatball sub instead of pizza but the guy who took my order and answered the phone apologized, told me to keep the sandwich, made and sent the pizza out right away. So not only is the food tasty but the customer service is great and the guy who works inside and the delivery driver were both so nice. All around great experience and will definitely be ordering again.

Just ordered 2 pizzas and one of them was the wrong pizza.. we called to tell them we got the wrong pizza thinking it was probably just a mix up with the delivery..they were EXTREMELY RUDE on the phone and proceeded to tell me I DID order that pizza ..as if I didnt know what i wanted and ordered.. we have the menu and know exactly what I said.. the pizza was also very sloppily made and has a topping on it my daughter is allergic to so a disappointment and a waste of money because it will be going in the trash won’t be ordering from here anymore!

Food was delicious, gone there multiple times and never had a problem. Could definitely afford to send the workers to a customer service class and or training. A female cook went out of her way to be rude to two customers before me. Not caring. Very rudely took orders and barely even listening. The man from the couple before me had said he couldn’t even talk to her and had to let the woman order for him, because she was so rude. Next up is my boyfriend. Went there a couple times my order is pineapple calzone. It’s always been. Always has. He goes in to order our food. It comes at pepperoni. So I ask him to see if she could either make another and refund. My boyfriend couldn’t even talk to the lady seeing as she was being very rude. I went to school for the customer service industry and I fully understand having bad days. But I never in all my years of working and going to school to do her exact line of work met someone so rude and not caring. I try to be a very nice understanding person but I think people should know this before ordering and getting the same treatment as me
