My family and I were passing through dayton and decided to stop in to eat,even though our first impressions of the outside of the restaurant was not good because it looked filthy, we still proceeded inside to more filthyness !! It was to say the least…. gross. But we were so hungry we decided to stay and eat. My husband ordered a smokehouse brisket combo meal,and there was hardly no meat,and 1 not 2 but 1 fried onion. I really wish I would have taken a photo. He went to the manager to complain and she was very rude and unprofessional! She said and did nothing to make it better. And you could hear the other employees talking rudely about us. I love Arby’s. BUT NOT THAT ARBY’S!!! COMPLETEY REDICULOUS!!!! CORPORATE SHOULD FIRE THAT MANAGER !!!

We waited for 15 minutes and parts of our order were missing and part of the order was wrong. Food tasted old and just wasn’t good. Buns were stale. Will never visit this location again.

Rotten meat!! I usually would drive the longest distance to find an arbys since i travel around the US a lot, however this is by far my worst experience and the most shoddy arbys I came across, after I ordered my favorite jalapeño slider only to find out I was served rotten meat. Now I stay as far as can from this chain.

Paid $7 for beer braised beef and barely got any meat. Went back and showed them and they remade it, employee visibly annoyed at the worker who made the first sandwich.
