I visit this chipotle frequently and the staff is always super nice, probably some of the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered. Only complaint about this place is sometimes the chips can be pretty stale. But other then that this place is amazing!

Ordered through Uber eats and the bag was perfectly sealed when I received it. I open the bowl and THIS is what I get. No rice no toppings NOTHING of what I ordered. Not to mention it being half eaten as well. Completely horrible service here

I eat chipotle a lot at least 2 times a week this is the first time I have been to this one and I can say I probably won’t come back my experience went like this walking in not to busy so I ordered my food like normal then she dished out my portion size it they did not have enough steak so she gave me half and pushed it down the line the the same with the guacamole then when I got up to pay there was this guy that moved my food around with his finger and asked me steak with guacamole ? Really touch my damn food!!! Big let down chip!!!

Chipotle’s environment is practical, let’s leave it at that. This last stop started well but they were, momentarily, out of Carnitas. It went from a few minutes wait to five plus. No problem, I was in no hurry. They covered my order for the inconvenience. Very nice and unexpected.

I live near this Chipotle, but it has let me down several times. Last night, the rice was too tangy. My daughter and me had to throw away our food, once again. Over a month ago, we had to do the same and mainly for the rice again. Last time, the rice had no flavor. Since the moment I saw the rice, it looked too white and bland, as if it had no cilantro. Sure enough, once we got home it had no flavor. In addition, they had run out of the meat I really wanted and were out of cheese (and it was not closing time)! I got in contact with someone through the app, but nothing came out of it. I was told to email a copy of my receipt and never heard back from them.
