The quantity of food has drastically changed since this business has opened. This is a ten piece boneless wing….$14. Not worth it. And this is apparently the “new large fry” literally 1/3 of what it used to be. There is no apparent consistency because we have pretty much always ordered the same items.

Bunkie Pizza Shack was a delightful find! The breadsticks with their homemade salsa were a delicious combination of flavors and textures. The salsa had a unique twist that added a burst of freshness to the dish. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re passing through Bunkie or returning from New Orleans, this pizza shack is a must-visit for a tasty treat!

Was on a side road doing a Texas/New Orleans run, and stopped here for lunch. Sometimes small town restaurants that serve “iffy” food. But, it looked cool, up to date, painted….inside, tvs and plenty of seating. I grabbed a menú and ordered a Cheesesteak and chicken wings with BBQ sauce. The wings came out first and surprised me. They were GREAT!!

You really gotta try this pizza as it is noticeably different from all the others!!!! My husband asked our waitress (we think she was the owner) if the crust was “homemade”…. she responded that yes, all dough is made with fresh ingredients, by hand daily, in house. She also commented that all their vegetables are fresh and diced / cut up daily, in house…. which is very time consuming. We got the (large 9”) everything pizza (similar to a supreme) that also had shrimp on it. It is arguably THE BEST pizza I’ve had in a long time. My husband and I agreed that they could easily charge more than $30 for the quality of this pizza, and we paid less than $22. We ended up having half of the pizza leftover and had to get a to go box…. there’s just not enough I can say. GO TRY IT FOR YOURSELF

Found out about Bunkie while in San Antonio. I was told I needed to try the Pizza Shack there. I traveled to Bunkie. Awesome thin crust pizza. Cheese bread is delicious. Service was great and had a good conversation with the server.

Very, very good. Stopped in for lunch. My husband had the shrimp poboy, and I had the small grilled crawfish salad. After a short wait, the poboy was perfect and my salad did not disappoint even tho it was the small. Our server was quick and prompt. Would recommend to everyone passing thru. Will be back to try out that shrimp pizza!

Nice place and food and people oh yea did I forget COLD…..COLD…BEER Really good pizza got bone in wings to haven’t tried them yet saving them for a snack later…Must come here if in town…I go a lot of places being a truck driver and do not tag and comment much unless it really gets me….
