The food is really good but unfortunately it’s nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone and when they do it’s always the same rude person. Not worth the hassle… I’ll travel further for decent customer service.

Very close to my house when I want something fast to eat. Very friendly service whenever I order. Hoagies are so big my family and I can’t finish what we ordered. They are the freshest hoagies I have ever eaten that they are better then Subways. The hoagies are 9 inches long and are never soggy when I get them. The owner Kelsey is a delight when she is behind the register when I come in and always greats me with a smile. She is a very delightful person!!!!

The food is good, its a little over priced but good. I don’t know how it takes an hour to make two standard subs. I called ahead they said 30 minutes it’s now been an hour. I come in and she’s texting on her phone, talking to her drivers about who can get her kids. And my food isn’t even done.

not sure how they stay in business when they don’t seem to want any business. tried to call for 15 mins straight, finally decided to just stop in to find out they took the phone off the hook while they sat outside on the porch. they then proceeded to just sit out on the porch until the one finished her cigarette. apparently my time means nothing. left without ordering and will never go back. i didn’t even want to give it one star but it was the only way to post. jr’s answered the phone right away and got my order done in 10 min.
