I have been multiple times to this location hoping for a great crossant. I still haven’t received that. I went by there this morning and got a sausage and cheese crossant and a small hashbrown. The first mistake, I was given a sausage, egg, and cheese crossant. Yes I know I can just take the egg off, but that’s not what I ordered. The hashbrowns were refried, very greasy and hard. After this visit, it will be my last.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Took my grandson here for kids chicken nugget meal at drive thru. Paid and left, bag was hot so when going down Rd, several miles he opened bag and no nuggets. Turned around, walked in to see manager and girl says forgot to put nuggets in bag. REALLY!!!!!!!. A week earlier, at a nearby BK, went in for breakfast at 8:30 am to be told no biscuits. What in the world. Wouldn’t go back to BK if they were the last and only place to eat. Would rather starve. Avoid at all cost, bad food bad service, don’t care.

They didn’t tell me which window to pull to so I sat at the first window for a good 3 to 4 minutes because last time I was at this location there was someone at the first window. The food was fine. Excellent customer service. I ordered breakfast from them this morning (chicken biscuit combo and a sweet tea) and my phone was amazing. Everything was hot. The lady on the mic taking the order was extremely sweet and ensured that everything was correct. Great attitude. She most certainly needs to be promoted to manager if she isn’t already. She was fantastic. The young man who took my money was kind as well and the gentleman who brought my food to my car was awesome. He ensured that I had the grape jelly and ketchup I requested.

I don’t normally care to write a review on fast food but I’ve been here 3x over the past few months and every time the staff are great and so is the food. They hand you piping hot food, with a kind smile, and get you through quickly. If a fast food joint makes an impression on you it normally isn’t the good kind but not this place. Kudos to the team for always making me smile. You’ve brightened my day and I appreciate you!
