Went on Friday morning ordered a #27 biscuit and gravy meal the gravy was liquid water literally so go back on Monday for replacement and my biscuit looks like it has a bite taken from it! The service and food is very inconsistent the matchstick hash browns are sometimes so hard you can’t eat them and others half cooked it’s insane! Do better!! My biscuit from this morning

I don’t understand why people can be so inpatient when it come to food! This place just open a few days ago. My boyfriend and I have had nothing but good experiences here so far! The people are great and trying their best. The inside was nothing but clean when walked in. Food was hot and fresh, no “confused” of any kind that I have seen.

We went inside since the line was wrapped around the building. 10:28pm. We were the only customers in the dining room apart from the employees eating. The inside tables were dirty & floors. There seemed to be lots of confusion going on inside the kitchen. There were errors on our order after waiting 22 mins. The sandwiches with toast were burnt. The Dr Pepper shakes were out already. I hope things improve. I will update my review if my experience improves.

Can’t rate what I never got.. waited 30 minutes for food that never came. If I had not said anything would still be waiting. The manager did not make up for us being neglect, just gave us our money back like she did not care. Do better.

So, this is a little deceiving. I didn’t order any food per-say. I was out for a ride, and it was 98° out. I wanted something cool so I just ordered a medium chocolate shake. It was good, but it had more of an ice-like consistency than a smother consistency, which I prefer. So for me, it was a 3. But I will tell you this, the young gentleman who took my order was on point. Polite, welcoming, and had my shake made before I could put my card back in my wallet. Also, a decent crowd showed up over the next 20min or so and he still kept things flowing smoothly.
