This was our first visit to Craft House. We started out with the cheese bread, a side salad, and individual pizzas. I got the thin crust, and my wife got the thick crust; we both liked the thin crust the best. The pizzas were served piping hot, and they were delicious. The service was great. Our only complaint would be the noise level; it was difficult at best to talk above the tvs and all the other conversations in the room. Accessing the parking can be a little tricky, especially if you come by the drugstore with a long line at the drive thru pharmacy.

I usually never have a problem with this restaurant but my last visit was a different story. From the start the waitress’s section in which I and two other people sat in was deemed as a place we weren’t supposed to sit. Along with this the waitress : Megan – continuously went around to all her coworkers speaking about my table and how we sat in her section. She also did not greet us nor bring us our drinks until we had spoke with the manager. Overall the customer service was beyond disappointing and the silverware was not clean by any means

Wow!!! What a find, craft beer and the food was awesome. Plus you can have your pizza anyway you like. The restaurant was fabulous and very clean. One thing they could do is have different programs on the TVs instead of the boring tennis match I’ll be back!!!

Really don’t know how to compare the food. We came in as a group and the server was kind and did her best. Showed up around 5:30 on a Wednesday and order was taken before 6. Group was ready to leave around 7:30 and we did not get our pizza. Had them remove it from the bill we got with no problem. I’m picky about my pizza and Coals artisan is my go to. Wanted to give these guys a try, but probably won’t be back.

The service here was sub-par. My family was seated and we all received menus except the information on our menus were different for some reason. The food was alright but pretty bland. There are so many better pizza options in this city. Waiter almost never came to refill our drinks or check in with our table, so we had to ration our water with each other. There were a few other tables visibly in need of service and there were a few people in line at the counter to pick up to-go orders without getting greeted for 10+ minutes. I usually try to give places like this the benefit of the doubt when talking about service but if it weren’t for the amount of staff members we saw standing around doing nothing. When the bill came, they charged us for wrong items.

This was my first time eating at this Restaurant. That includes when it was Hometown Pizza. Now that they have added Craft beer to the menu through the re-organization of leadership to include one of the owners of Hometown Brewing Company, I became interested. I expected good beer, and they had that. What I did not expect was the great taste of their pizza. The experience, food, and the beer are all very good.

This was my first visit and most likely my last.. It’s definitely lacking management. The floors were in need of a good cleaning. An employee was in the outdoor dining area smoking and then came in and placed shakers on the tables. It wasn’t busy, a few people at the bar. Food was ok, definitely better pizza places around town.

Visited Craft House tonight! Our waitress, Abby, was great! We never had to ask for refills! She was very polite. Food came out in a timely manner. It was fresh and hot. We got the meatballs, my husband got the Buffalo chicken pizza and I got the cheeseburger pizza on cauliflower crust. It was all great!

This place is so good! I recommend getting pickles on your pizza. It’s not on the menu, but they have them!! They go well with the cheeseburger pizza. My family has always loved Hometown!
