The pizza was cold and strangely sticky, the breadsticks were just a cold brick, not even cut. I have been in the restaurant industry for most of my life and I have never seen anyone try to pass off garbage like this as food I can not believe you would actually send this order out to someone. Come on. This is not even edible. I tried to call several times but nobody ever picks up the phone. I also emailed them asking for a refund for this ridiculous mess and have not heard back.

Do not order from this pizza hut the workers are too lazy to even mix up the sauce on the wings. I called back, finally got someone to answer after calling 10 times, had the wings delivered again and had the same exact issue. If you are too lazy to do such a simple job you should probably just be collecting unemployment. I will be getting a full refund for my order.

Ordered a meat lovers and it wasn’t fully cooked. I called the restaurant to let them know, whoever answered said they’re sorry it wasn’t cooked to my liking and they better turn the oven off if it’s not cooking right. He continued to imply the pizza was cooked I just didn’t like it and I can cancel the order even though I already said I wanted to pick up a different pizza. He didn’t want to work so I got a refund.

WORSTE place to order from! Told me SHE could NOT deliver to this address when I’ve ordered from this location PLENTY of times. Acted like she couldn’t hear me when I’ve told her my address soo many times, asked her to repeat my address but when repeated the address she only repeated the street not the number or apartment number, then said it wasn’t eligible nd sent me to customer service. Once reached customer service they told me it would be this store straight lied to.

I ordered 2 large pizzas both with sausage/pepperoni one pizza with onions &the other with mushrooms 8 spicy wings mini cinnabuns I got a good deal with pizza by joining online latter I called about my order this guy answered the phone he said almost done that he put the pizza in the oven so I thought the food I ordered was going to be delivered to my apartment I wait it was already 1 hour I called this black girl answer the phone she told me they don’t deliver why didn’t they call me to pick up my pizza ECT..sooner than having me wait for my food on line with pizza hut it showed how you should tip your deliver person so I picked up my order pizza hut wasn’t going to give me back my money from delivery I never got thank goodness I mentioned it they sure werent going to tell me so I just decided to get another order of cinnibons nobody said sorry you waited so long for your food we she could’ve called you sooner at the end it wasnt worth it they got me upset I spent about 35.00/40.00 not worth it they didn’t care just another number

Edit 2: I ordered from this restaurant 2 days ago. Again. Apparently delivery was sent via doordash even though I ordered from pizza hut website. First delivery never arrived. This order should have been canceled and refunded by the store. Store sent a replacement that did arrive 6 hours after my initial order, again by doordash. The second driver woke me up to get through my security gate. I was no longer interested in pizza, and told him not to deliver it. He told me I shouldn’t “harass” people who know where I live, among other things.

I worked at this establishment for 2 month’s and it is FILTHY! I was told by management that the store had NEVER BEEN CLEANED since reopening after Covid! The air vents in the ceilings have disgusting junk in them,the walls are splatered with old food ,the restrooms have snot wiped on the walls and have never been finished painting. The restrooms remind me of those found on the boarder towns of Mexico ! The kitchen is Filthy!
