So I never eat at zaxby’s but I decided to stop by and order some fried pickles. I’m not sure if this is there normal size or if I just didn’t get as much as I should have. $5.17 for this? 13 pickles??! Idk you be the judge. I won’t be going back for fried pickles that’s for sure..

We love eating at this particular location. Great atmosphere. Great customer service. Great food. The tables are always clean . The restrooms are always clean. I love the fact that they have a baby changing table in their restroom. The high chairs are a little sticky sometimes, but I mean, so are babies. Lol! The zensation salad is my fave when it’s around. I’m really sad they no longer have fried mushrooms. They were the best and way better than the competitors’ fried mushrooms. The endless soda combinations in their soda fountain is awesome . The food is always hot and fresh when we order.

Decided to try zaxbys in rogers/bentonville. This was the absolute worst quality food from any zaxbys I have ever tried. The chicken finger batter is to salty, and the tenders are over cooked. The fries were so stale and dry and chewy. The wings…so chewy and tasted like nasty Tyson dog food chicken. The toast literally had an after taste of paint drying. Like the smell of paint drying is what the toast tasted like. This is by FAR the worst zaxbys food I have ever had.Disgusting..

The chicken strips were extremely small. We also order funnel cakes. They were also very small and the completely wrong texture for funnel cakes. They were doughy and dense. Theo not pluses we had were the coleslaw and service was great.

This was my first time eating at Zaxby’s and the food wasn’t terrible but not good, so I thought. I ordered the 4 finger plate for dinner feeling nauseous after eating it. During the night I woke up getting extremely sick, still feeling horrible from eating there. DO NOT eat here unless you want food poisoning!!

My son and I went to eat dinner inside. It took 30 minutes to get our food. After seeing servral people get their food after us. I when I got up and ask what was taking so long, they said they had to remake one meal. After getting our meal only one plate was warm and the other cold.
