First time trying Mr.Hero today. I was skeptical at first. But glad I tried it. I enjoy trying something new every so often. I would say the pricing is just about the same as a Big Mac. Just this food is actually fresh and delicious. The plus side is they serve code red in the fountain! That’s a plus for me. As far as busy, it was not. We got our meal within 5 minutes. The tables were so spotless I feel like we could have ate right off them. But for obvious reasons I wouldn’t lol. Would definitely recommend this place if you are skeptical as I was.

Moved out of state and was here for visit. I thought I would love a Roman burger. Walked in and was greeted by a man wearing a t shirt that said “I love boobies” it took a very long time for food for the orders ahead and mine to be assembled. The sandwich itself was nowhere as good as I remembered.

Great food. Prices are always high at any Mr.Hero’s… but we had no cell service and needed to make an important phone call. Window said they offered Wi-Fi.. so we went and asked employee what password to Wi-Fi was and he said there was no Wi-Fi. Well then the sticker needs to be taken down. Employee in front was also watching a movie on his phone, so many perhaps that’s why he said there was “no Wi-Fi”. I don’t care, just take the sticker off window then. I have had a few bad visit over the years so I called customer service. They gave the manager my number and said he would call me. They called him and he refused to call either one of us back. They will rip you off in a heart beat. Make sure they don’t up charge you without asking because they won’t give you the large fries or large cheddar unless you catch it. Regardless how you order your sandwich they will make it how they want. All around horrible service and untrustworthy people.

Stopped in while running around to get lunch. I ordered a medium hot buttered cheese steak tots and a fountain drink and a large hot buttered cheese steak bte with a large fountain drink and loaded tots. The bte is supposed to have double meat and when I opened my sandwich it had the same amount of meat as the other sandwich I ordered. I paid extra for the bte sandwich and didn’t get what I paid for. Don’t spend your hard earned money here….you won’t get what you pay for
